Glossaries are prepared using:
- reference material supplied by the client
- reference documents prepared previously
- field specific mono/bilingual dictionaries
- specific dictionaries related to particular apparatus or systems
- internet research
Every glossary is subject to approval, correction and comments from the client.
For large projects, glossaries are created using CAT TOOLS (Computer Aided Translation Tools), for example Trados, Déja-vu, Wordfast, etc.
Client’s are given the option to proofread documents and consequently can provide corrective feedback, which is an effective tool for improving quality.
